RENÉ TOURAINE LECTURE – ESDR 2026

The 55th Congress of the ESDR (European Society of Dermatological Research) will be held from September 9 to 12 in Heildelberg (Germany).

This year, the René Touraine Lecture will be given by Klara Mosterd (Professor and Head of the Dermatology Department at the Maastricht UMC+Comprehensive Cancer Centre in the Netherlands), on the topic of “Cut the knife! Different pathways towards less invasive skin cancer care” (12th September).

RENÉ TOURAINE LECTURE – EADV 2026

The EADV (European Academy of Dermatology & Venereology) congress will be held from September 30 to October 3, 2026 in Vienna, Austria.

This year, the René Touraine Lecture will be given by Michel Gilliet (Professor and Head of the Dermatology Department at the University Hospital CHUV in Lausanne, Switzerland) on the theme “Personalized treatment for skin ILMIDs” (3rd October)
